Why working with me will be easy for you:

• Attention to detail: 30+ years working in accounting and finance have trained me to be very detail oriented.  This means I’m careful not to overlook important signatures, initials and dates.

• Sensitivity to timing: 10+ years working as a loan officer sensitized me to the impact a delay due to missed details will have.  Many people involved in the lending process depend on us to get it right the first time.  I am aware and I care.

• Attention to deadlines: 3+ years processing a variety of loans trained me to understand deadlines, and to understand that a deadline can be missed with an overlooked signature or a delayed appointment.  This is why I am careful to pay attention to the details!
